|Your students will experience real-life science through this unique, interactive learning experience. Explore the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney to find the five activity stations using the Safari map. At each station, your students will engage in hands-on science experiments and investigations designed and presented by Macquarie University Advanced Science Students.
Science Safari activities are based on projects currently being undertaken by Royal Botanic Garden scientists and Macquarie University researchers. Your students will gain insight into fascinating cutting-edge work in biology and the environmental sciences. Suitable for Stages 4 – 5 and presented in partnership with the Royal Botanic Gardens.This activity is part of the Sydney Science Festival celebrations for schools at the Australian Museum. Exciting discoveries and practical science will be brought to life with a unique program of hands-on activities, talks and explosive workshops, with a wide coverage of scientific fields and school curriculum links.For school bookings only.
